Family Medicine Nurse

At Northwestern Memorial Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a member of our Family Medicine department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
As a Staff Nurse in our Family Medicine department, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care and developing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a current State Licensed Registered Nurse for the State of employment and have at least one year of experience in a relevant clinical specialty.
