Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and caring Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. As a primary health care provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and performing selective medical services under the direction of practice physicians.
Responsibilities- Provide primary health care to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and disease management.
- Perform selective medical services, such as procedures and surgeries, under the direction of practice physicians.
- Collaborate with a care team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Master's degree in NP program or post Master's NP program.
- National certification required after January 1, 2000.
- Current NP license in appropriate state, registry with state medical board, and current DEA registry.
- Ability to work with management team and physicians; demonstrated customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
