RAND is seeking a highly skilled Policy Analyst to join our team of experts in Behavioral and Policy Sciences. As a Policy Analyst, you will work closely with project leaders to provide project management and research support on a range of policy topics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain budgets, establish timelines, and track project deliverables
- Conduct literature reviews, job analyses, interviews, and focus groups
- Support quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and prepare draft documents and presentations
- Work independently and effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Master's degree in anthropology, psychology, public administration, public health, public/health policy, or related fields
- 1-5 years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Strong methodological research and analytical skills, including experience with data analysis platforms
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both orally and in writing
RAND provides a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $143,900, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a hybrid work arrangement, involving a combination of work from home and on-site from RAND offices, and fully remote work may be considered.
