About the Role:



We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist PRN to join our team at Levindale Hospital. As an Occupational Therapist PRN, you will work under moderate supervision to evaluate patients, plan and administer patient treatments to relieve pain and restore or improve function, based on physician referral.



Responsibilities:



  • Evaluate patients to determine their occupational therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient function and independence
  • Administer patient treatments, including exercises, activities, and modalities, to relieve pain and restore or improve function
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans


Requirements:



  • Basic professional knowledge, equivalent to a Bachelor's degree
  • Working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
  • Less than 1 year of experience
  • Maryland Occupational Therapist Licensure
  • American Heart Association CPR Certification
