**Job Summary**

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Phone Surveyor to join our team. As a Phone Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in collecting data and insights on public opinion and social trends.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct structured phone surveys to collect data on public opinion and social trends.
• Update responses into computer systems, with training provided.

**Requirements:**

• Minimum GCE O Level qualification.
• Effective telephone communication skills.
• Able to handle situations in a calm and professional manner.
• Proficient in English and one or more of the following languages: Chinese (Speak & Read), as required to liaise with Chinese-speaking respondents.
• Proficient in computer software.
• Prior call-centre or phone interviewing or surveyor experience is preferred.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.

**Working Hours:**

Monday to Friday, 4 hours only.

Afternoon shift: 1 x 4.5 hours (pm-4.30pm).

Evening shift: 5 x 4.5 hours (5.30pm-9.30pm).
