Job Summary:

As a Teppan Chef at Benihana, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your expertise in cooking and preparing hot meals on hibachi tables will be showcased in a dynamic and entertaining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and interact with guests, providing a unique and memorable dining experience.
• Cook and prepare hot meals on hibachi tables, ensuring correct food portions and maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen area.
• Prepare and set up food for cooking and side orders, adhering to Benihana's high standards of quality and presentation.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Teppan Chef or in a similar role.
• Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
