We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bartender at CopperTop Tavern. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant.

• Work quickly and efficiently to meet customer demands.

• Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.

• Maintain proper quality parameters for all beverages and food items.

• Follow our 8-step service system to ensure exceptional customer service.

• Comply with responsible alcohol service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly.

• Handle cash and operate the POS system effectively.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Preferred 1 year of bartending experience.

• Consistency and reliability in meeting job responsibilities.

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

• High energy and enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service.

• Ability to work any shift, including evenings and weekends.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35lbs.
