Job Summary:

Blackbird Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide evidence-based occupational therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for patients. You will work collaboratively with other specialty providers to establish integrated treatment plans and conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.

Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based occupational therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for patients
Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients and involve and advise family members when appropriate
Collaborate with other specialty providers to establish integrated treatment plans and conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress
Refer patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary and navigate electronic medical record systems efficiently
Attend and actively contribute to regular team meetings, providing valuable input on clinical and administrative matters

Requirements:

Possession of a Master's degree or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
Active occupational therapy licensure in the state of Pennsylvania is required
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
Ability to maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations and proficient in navigating electronic medical record systems and other relevant technology
