About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Retail Merchandise Specialist to join our team in Harrodsburg, KY. As a Retail Merchandise Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding products, processing sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this position is between $15.00 and $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

In addition to a competitive hourly wage, you will also receive performance-based incentives and bonuses.

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases
  • Processing sales transactions and handling customer payments
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Restocking shelves and rotating merchandise to ensure a visually appealing store display
