Job Summary:

The Breakfast Attendant is a vital member of our hospitality team at Hampton Inn Cleveland. This role is responsible for ensuring our guests have a delightful breakfast experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and break down the breakfast buffet, maintaining a clean and well-stocked environment.
  • Restock food and beverage items, including fruits, breads, cereals, and bakery items.
  • Perform light to moderate food preparation, such as replenishing silverware, sugar caddies, and condiments.
  • Maintain the safety and appearance of the buffet area, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, attending to special food orders and needs of guests.
  • Clear dirty plates from tables and relay customer needs to the kitchen.
  • Provide or refill drinks and maintain a clean and attractive work area.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Dependable transportation available.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
