About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Contact Center Representative to join our team at FirstBank. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with general banking and product inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their issues.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of FirstBank's products and services to effectively address customer concerns.
  • Research and resolve customer issues, utilizing problem-solving skills to identify logical solutions.
  • Meet individual and departmental service level objectives, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments and branch operations to provide seamless customer support.
Requirements
  • Entry-level position with little or no prior relevant work experience in the function.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
