Your role will involve consulting with members about their banking needs, reviewing current banking relationships, and following up with members about business loans. You will also have opportunities to participate in SECU volunteer events and earn paid time off.

Every day as a Banking Engagement Manager will present opportunities to build emotional connections with members, promote financial literacy, and increase member loyalty. You will do this by demonstrating your engaging personality, being authentic and knowledgeable about SECU banking products and services, and showing empathy, compassion, and heart.

Salary: Our salary range for Member Advisors/Relationship Bankers is hourly Pay Range: Min. $21.35 – Max. $32.02 (I) or Min. $24.62 – Max. $39.42 (II), depending on experience and qualifications.
