Stripline Operator

Are you a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging role in manufacturing? Kent Elastomer Products is seeking a Stripline Operator to join our team on the third shift in our Winesburg Facility. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting and stripping tubing, coiling and tying the stripped tubing, cleaning, gaging, and reconnecting the mandrel.

This position requires a high level of manual dexterity, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our production line.

Responsibilities:

• Cut and strip tubing using scissors and pliers
• Coil and tie the stripped tubing
• Clean, gage, and reconnect the mandrel
• Operate air manifolds to prevent bubbles
• Identify mandrel sizes and sleeve colors

Working Conditions:

• Clean working conditions due to medical component manufacturing
• Minimal contact with hazardous materials and machinery
