We cater to a diverse array of mental health disorders and require professionals who endorse a combined approach of medication management and therapeutic interventions for optimal patient outcomes.
Our team encompasses a variety of specialties, enabling you to draw on the collective knowledge of our clinical staff for both patient benefit and your own professional growth.
Specialties include OCD, anxiety, ADHD, LGBTQ+ Affirmative therapy, anger management, substance use/abuse, personality disorders, and more. We also provide TMS services at various locations when clinically appropriate.Who We Are –

Our practice is composed of some of the most skilled Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, Therapists, and Administrators in the behavioral health sector.

Schedule – Flexibility is a fundamental aspect of our hybrid model, allowing for both in-person and telemedicine patient interactions.
Practice – Experience the autonomy of managing your own practice without the associated overhead and administrative burdens – our modern outpatient centers are situated in professional office environments.
Collaboration – Work alongside Psychiatrists and PMHNPs as well as Therapy Colleagues within the same facility.
Work-Life Balance – Our practice model is designed to align with your schedule, contrasting with the unpredictability often found in inpatient settings.
Day-to-Day – Typically, our practice model operates Monday through Friday, with an average patient load of 12 per day (with the option to see more if desired) and minimal on-call responsibilities.
Medication Management – Engage in a collaborative approach with opportunities to offer TMS as a treatment option in select centers.

Responsibilities:
Ensure Timely Patient Documentation through our EHR System.
Refer Patients Internally to Psychotherapy & TMS Services when appropriate.
Utilize your Expertise with Optional Peer Collaboration Groups & Committees.
Demonstrate Experience & Ability to Diagnose, Develop Treatment Plans, Prescribe & Properly Monitor Medication.
Be prepared to provide treatment for a range of conditions including: Psychiatry Consultation, Major Depressive Disorder, ADHD, Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Panic Attacks/Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, Sleep Problems, Depression, Stress Management, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Trauma/PTSD.
Qualifications:
Unrestricted California PMHNP License.
ANCC Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
Must possess an Active DEA.
