We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our MDM initiatives and drive data quality, accuracy, compliance, consistency, and reliability of master data across our organization.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, business analysts, and data stewards, to understand master data requirements and provide effective MDM solutions leveraging agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and design the overall MDM architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and compatibility with multiple domains.
  • Develop the master data management strategy, aligning MDM initiatives with the company's program objectives and long-term goals.
  • Communicate effectively via correspondences, presentations, and meeting with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce master data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, accuracy, compliance, consistency, and reliability of master data.
  • Provide standards, guidelines, processes, and expertise to address master data issues such as convergence, standards, and synchronization.
  • Implement data integration processes, ensuring the seamless flow of data between different systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with System Administrators to optimize the performance and scalability of MDM solutions and operations.
