  • Ensure a safe and tidy working environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to consistently maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in bartending within a fine dining or upscale casual setting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all hotel departments.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods in a climate-controlled environment.
  • Study Hotels maintains a drug-free workplace. A pre-employment drug test and background check are mandatory.

CO-OP Restaurant & Lounge, part of The Study at University City, offers a vibrant dining experience with exceptional cuisine and spirited hospitality, situated at a prominent intersection.

The Study at University City, the second location of the Study Hotels brand, is strategically positioned near prominent educational institutions in the heart of Philadelphia.

This 212-room hotel features thoughtfully designed spaces that encourage guest interaction, including unique museum displays and custom writing desks to foster connections among guests.
