We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Berry Global Inc. As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and the production of high-quality plastic film and bag products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, run, and adjust manufacturing equipment to maximize yields and ensure quality products
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to equipment
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Assist in packing and shipping products
  • Collaborate with the Section Lead to achieve production goals and objectives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; three to six months of experience in a manufacturing-related field preferred
  • Understanding of air rings and extruders
  • Ability to train new employees and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Ability to operate a forklift and use hand tools and measuring instruments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
