About the Role:
As a Clinical Nurse in our state-of-the-art Electrophysiology Labs, you will engage in both routine and innovative procedures, contributing to cutting-edge advancements in patient care. Our program is the oldest and most comprehensive in the Big Bend region, equipped with the latest diagnostic and interventional technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume both direct and indirect responsibilities for the patient's care environment.
- Deliver care through collaboration with healthcare team members while autonomously applying the nursing process.
- Lead, mentor, and serve as a role model for other healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate and delegate care in a safe, secure, and clean environment.
- Practice in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and TMH policies.
Qualifications:
