About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team at US Engine Valve. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing our off-shift production efforts, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Lead and motivate production operators to achieve plant goals and objectives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
What We Offer
