About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Exceptional Parents Unlimited, Inc. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to children and their families. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us achieve our mission of empowering parents and caregivers to support their child's development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess communication and related developmental challenges in young children.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified needs.
  3. Provide coaching and training to families and caregivers on strategies to promote child development and communication skills.
  4. Collaborate with the early intervention team to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports as required by state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • California licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with young children with communication and developmental challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual or bicultural individuals are strongly encouraged to apply.
