  • Conduct patient and family education to promote understanding of physical therapy services and goals
  • Deliver quality physical therapy services that prioritize patient-centered care and satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
  • State licensure or eligibility required
  • Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
