Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the department, including creating documents, maintaining files, and setting up client shells.
- Process loss run reports, including requesting loss runs, following up with carriers, and filing reports in the electronic system.
- Assist with special projects and handle daily mail and communications.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and identify needs for advancement.
- Communicate system or process-related problems to supervisors and plan ahead to anticipate and resolve issues.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a professional administrative or customer service capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Successful work history demonstrating reliability and a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, set goals, and think logically to solve problems.
- Attention to detail and appreciation for a job well done.
This role is performed in a typical interior/office work environment, requiring the ability to use computer keyboards, sit for extended periods, and use office machinery.
We offer a competitive total rewards package, including health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings, and employee assistance programs. The hourly rate range for this role is $17.52 to $32.60, with the actual rate determined by factors such as experience, skills, and education.
