We are seeking a skilled Hematology/Oncology specialist to join our team at Delta Companies. This is an exciting opportunity for a medical professional to work in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role

This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed base salary of $750,000 per year, as well as a sign-on bonus of $50,000. In addition, we provide comprehensive health benefits and a retirement plan to ensure your financial security.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in the field of Hematology/Oncology
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive administrative team in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage a caseload of patients, prioritizing their needs and providing personalized attention
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be board eligible or certified in Hematology/Oncology. A strong understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
