Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable Janitor FT to join our team at The Golub Corporation. As a Janitor FT, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor each aisle in your assigned area for damage and spillage, and remove damaged cases to the designated area.
  • Empty garbage cans as needed and ensure all equipment is locked in the supply room at the end of your shift.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as floor sweepers and balers, to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work with approved cleaning chemicals.
  • Satisfactory performance reviews.
Physical Requirements
  • Bending: Constant 5-8 hours.
  • Grasping/Finger Movement & Dexterity: Constant 5-8 hours.
  • Lifting: Occasional 1-3 hours up to 25lbs.
Work Environment

Our warehouse environment requires constant use of moving equipment and frequent work performed around people. You will also work in wet conditions and perform continuous reaching while sweeping/mopping.

Please note that occasional lifting of up to 120 pounds (130 pounds in the General Merchandise Warehouse) as a team lift may be required.

The disclosed compensation range for this position is applicable within the state the position resides. The actual base pay offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

The compensation range is one component of The Golub Corporation's total compensation and benefits package, which includes 401(k), 401(k) match, paid time off, comprehensive health benefits, and more.
