Job Summary:

You will collaborate closely with Asset Management to determine offer amounts, fostering a culture of achievement and positivity within the team.

About the Role:

This is a fully onsite position that requires a strong sales and sales management background. You will be responsible for maintaining the sales team's focus on objectives, nurturing a positive and productive culture, and ensuring the team is appropriately staffed to meet goals. You will also generate monthly reports to track KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and tailoring daily activities for success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain the sales team's focus on objectives while nurturing a positive and productive culture.
* Ensure the Sales Team is appropriately staffed to meet goals.
* Generate monthly reports to track KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and tailoring daily activities for success.
* Review and enhance sales processes as needed to meet goals.
* Ensure proper follow-ups are attempted and completed; provide continuous training and coaching to improve closing percentages.
* Ensure agents categorize leads in the CRM for effective follow-ups, including ensuring leads have email addresses for marketing communications.
* Oversee all incoming leads daily, ensuring prompt response and connection.
* Collaborate with our answering service, reviewing notes and emails daily to maintain clear communication channels and ensure excellent service handling incoming leads.
* Manually create and manage the on-call schedule.
* Weekly oversight of web leads transfer to our on-call agent.
* Daily tracking and oversight of properties under contract, ensuring timely completion of inspections and final walkthroughs.
* Provide oversight of our CRM usage and collaborate with tech support as needed.
* Oversee remote or onsite Cold Callers, making replacements or hires as needed to optimize the program.

Requirements:

* Strong sales and sales management background.
* Ability to keep teams focused on goals and foster a positive culture.
* Proficiency in reporting and tracking KPIs.
* Experience in sales process improvement
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with CRM software and related technologies.
* Dedication to continuous improvement and training.
* Availability to manage on-call schedules and oversee daily operations.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.

Perks:

* Aggressive pay structure (base + commission). On track earnings for your first year should be between $100-150k
* Bonuses based on your Sales Team performance
