Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement care strategies and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and effective care
  • Delegate tasks safely and provide direct and indirect nursing care
  • Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans as needed
  • Direct and supervise surgery department staff in the care of surgical patients
  • Care for patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master's of Science in Nursing preferred
  • Previous experience in the healthcare field preferred; CVOR experience highly preferred
  • Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) training required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
