Roof Truss Fabricator

Brunsell Lumber and Millwork is seeking a skilled Roof Truss Fabricator to join our team in southern Wisconsin. As a Roof Truss Fabricator, you will be responsible for assembling roof and floor trusses, wall panels, and partitions using pre-cut lumber and metal plates.

• Assemble roof and floor trusses, wall panels, and partitions from pre-cut lumber and metal plates
• Work in teams of 2-5 individuals to meet high-quality and production standards
• Use and maintain various hand tools, including tape measures and forklifts
• Comprehend technical layout designs for walls and roof trusses
• Lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced production environment
• Work four, 10-hour shifts per week and be available for overtime as needed

• Prior experience in the construction industry, particularly in wall framing and truss building
• Prior forklift experience is a plus
• Basic math skills and ability to read technical designs
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
