NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is currently seeking a full-time Residential Counselor/Direct Care Staff for its residential youth program in Massachusetts.

The ideal candidate will provide support and supervision to youth in need of temporary out-of-home placement, focusing on life skills development, social and interpersonal skills, and community engagement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
  • Supervision of residents
  • Crisis intervention if needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience with adolescent population preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
