Aveanna Healthcare is a leading national provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced RN to provide one-on-one care to our patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work closely with our patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.

• Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Document care provided in our system of record
• Provide health education and training to patients and their families
• Collaborate with our Care Team to ensure seamless care delivery

• 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
