Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team in a dynamic school setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to make a positive impact on the lives of students with diverse physical needs.

About the Role

This part-time position involves providing high-quality physical therapy services to students with various physical disabilities or mobility challenges. You will conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with educators, parents, and other school staff to integrate therapy goals into students' academic programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to students with complex needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to students' unique requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of therapy goals into students' educational plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to promote continuous growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Doctoral or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience working in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable, although not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40-$55 per hour, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
