Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Emergency Room department. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits to support your well-being and career growth.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $76,000, based on national averages and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Room department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention skills to make a meaningful impact every day.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatment.
- Documents patient care given.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current state RN license
- Bachelor's degree (a plus)
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire
- One year of experience (preferred)
- ASLS certification (preferred)
