The Presbyterian Santa Fe Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Intermediate Care RN to join their team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). As a member of this dynamic team, you will provide intermediate care to patients with complex conditions, such as heart failure, respiratory distress, and diabetes.
Responsibilities:- Patient Monitoring: Continuously evaluate vital signs, lab results, and cardiac rhythms for any changes that may indicate a need for intervention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Emergency Response: Recognize and respond promptly to emergencies, including code blue situations or significant changes in patient vital signs.
Salary: $75,440 per year
