Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Operations:
- Conduct diagnostics and calibrations
- Execute programming and scanning tasks
- Perform wire and connector repairs

- Mentor team members by sharing diagnostic insights and enhancing their skills

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align on ATE Services needs

- Collaborate in weekly market management meetings to address challenges and strategize for growth

- Ensure the protection and maintenance of equipment and company vehicles

- Undertake additional duties as required

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in automotive service and diagnostics
- Proficient in technology tools such as Outlook, Teams, and Word
- In-depth knowledge of ADAS and electrical service procedures (calibrations, programming, diagnostics, wire/connector repairs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Eager to learn and advance skills for career development
- Ability to maintain productivity with a strong sense of urgency
- Capability to stand for extended periods in automotive environments
- Energetic and motivated with a passion for the automotive industry
- Familiarity with electrical diagnostic tools: multimeter, power probe, etc.

Skills Required:
- Ability to interpret factory and non-factory service documentation
- Conduct vehicle health analysis using various tools
- Understand vehicle wiring diagrams
- Perform wire and connector repairs or replacements
- Program vehicles using both factory and non-factory software
- Execute all levels of calibrations (Static & Dynamic)
- Diagnose and resolve customer vehicle issues
- Clearly communicate diagnostics in both verbal and written formats
- Maintain a safe driving record and possess a valid Driver's License
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
