Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at UW Health University Hospital. As a Radiologic Technologist - MRI and Imaging Expert, you will be responsible for performing technical imaging examinations and complex procedures utilizing a wide variety of imaging equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI and CT scans, as well as other imaging procedures, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Work independently with patients of all ages and backgrounds, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Maintain and repair imaging equipment, participate in quality assurance, and resolve issues related to image processing and archiving.
  • Collaborate with staff to prioritize and organize schedules, and triage routine and emergent procedures.
  • Participate in the instruction of other healthcare professionals and may participate in clinical research.
Requirements
  • Two years of clinical experience, with prior traveling experience preferred.
  • Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Facility Requirement: Traveler must have a permanent address outside the 50-mile radius of Madison.
