Job Title: Property Manager
Location: The Village of Tehachapi
Job Type: Full-time/Non-exempt
Pay Rate: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
Job Summary:
The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining the assigned property and performing all related management functions. This includes coordinating leasing and marketing efforts, approving move-in files, promoting lease renewals, resident relations, team building, and other duties assigned by the Regional Property Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the property
- Coordinate leasing and marketing efforts to attract new residents
- Approve move-in files and ensure a smooth transition for new residents
- Promote lease renewals and retain existing residents
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and team members
- Identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise
Requirements:
- Experience in Property Management
- Experience in handling Affordable Housing Program
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager
- A friendly and outgoing personality
- Flexibility and ability to identify problems and offer solutions
