The Admission Team Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the intake and referral processing operations. This role involves guiding team members' performance through constructive feedback, mentorship, and educational opportunities to foster professional growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a comparable combination of education and experience
- Current Florida RN license, active single-state out-of-state nurse license, or active multistate/compact nurse license
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience, including at least one (1) year in a managerial role
- Active BLS certification for healthcare professionals from a recognized organization
- Experience in Acute and/or Post-Acute settings is preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail
- Experience in managing remote teams
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Clinical Liaisons, Admission Nurses, and Admission Social Workers to ensure prompt responses to referrals and a smooth transition for patients and families into the program, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Hold staff accountable for performance, ensuring consistency and follow-through on expectations and documentation. Conduct timely employee evaluations and quarterly meetings with direct reports.
- Collaborate with Directors of Professional Relations and Representatives to achieve agency referral and admission objectives.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external referral sources to facilitate efficient patient information processing.
- Ensure accurate completion of admission documentation to comply with regulatory and agency standards.
- Manage scheduling to guarantee adequate staffing to meet referral needs and productivity goals.
- Ensure staff training is current across all service lines, benefits, and coverages, providing ongoing education to maintain service competency.
- Prioritize interventions to effectively address operational and care delivery challenges.
- Participate in clinical operations meetings to review performance indicators and improvement plans for unmet goals.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance metrics, quality scores, and organizational updates, ensuring timely communication of changes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
