Job Description

Job Title: Store Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of employees to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure that all employees are aware of them

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
