The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching in classroom, lab, and clinical settings, with a primary focus on pediatric theory, lab, and clinical. You will also have opportunities to teach similar content in the Post-Bacc BSN program and contribute to departmental and university-wide initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities
- Teach in classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
- Develop and implement curriculum for pediatric nursing courses.
- Mentor and evaluate students in clinical and academic settings.
- Participate in departmental and university-wide initiatives.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need a minimum of three years of clinical experience in pediatrics, with additional experience in another nursing specialty. A master's degree in nursing is required, with a doctoral degree or significant progress toward completion preferred. Current Minnesota RN licensure or eligibility is also required.
