Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Rockwell Automation. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical expertise and support to our customers, field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support by troubleshooting and solving customer issues via phone, chat, and email.
  • Manage customer interactions by setting expectations, capturing issue/troubleshooting steps/resolution, executing the KCS process, and following up with customers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a liaison to customers for multiple product families and various types of inquiries.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction through feedback surveys.
  • Support automation and share knowledge with other engineers.
  • Update and author Technical Notes and documentation with solutions to commonly experienced problems.

The Essentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Location and Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on the location in Mayfield Heights, Ohio or Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
