At Romero General Construction Corp., we are seeking a skilled Asphalt Paving Crew Member to join our production team. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient production and maintaining high standards of quality in our asphalt paving operations.

Responsibilities

* Participate in the production of highway-class asphalt paving crews
* Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in production
* Operate and maintain paving equipment, including pavers, rollers, and skid steers
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures and protocols
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Requirements

* Prior experience in concrete and/or asphalt or a similar role
* Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques, equipment, and materials
* Ability to operate and maintain paving equipment
* Understanding of safety procedures and protocols
* Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in outdoor environments
* Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., CDL) is a plus
