The Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is designed for patients requiring close monitoring and specialized care. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their voices are heard in the care process.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate effective treatment strategies.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and recovery processes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida or a valid multistate license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications may be required based on unit needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
