SonSoft Inc. is a USA-based corporation that specializes in software development, consultancy, and information technology-enabled services. We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team as a TRIRIGA Principal Consultant.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business process consulting strategies to improve corporate real estate and facilities management operating models.
- Lead the design and restructuring of corporate real estate and facilities management operating models, organizational structures, and service delivery models.
- Develop real estate and facilities portfolio optimization strategies to maximize value and efficiency.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine client requirements and develop recommendations for the client.
- Manage and direct the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.
- Lead consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution.
- Create and modify real estate contracts within the TRIRIGA Application Real Estate module.
- Manage payment processes for commercial leasing within the TRIRIGA Application Real Estate module.
- Develop and implement technology IWMS engagements, including Tririga and Lease Admin.
- Design and develop logical, system, and physical architecture and design.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 11 years of experience within the information technologies.
- Minimum of 2-3 full life cycle implementations in real estate and/or lease management.
- At least 5 years of experience managing large technology IWMS engagements.
- At least 5 years of experience creating logical, system, and physical architecture and design.
