Our centers are JCAHO and CARF accredited, and we adhere to the highest standards of care.
We are currently seeking a Certified Medication Technician to join our team on the evening shift (3pm - 11pm, Monday through Friday and every other weekend). As a Medication Technician, you will play a critical role in providing quality medical care to our clients, enabling them to engage fully in treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective medical care to stabilize clients and facilitate their treatment
- Assist with nursing shift duties, including vitals, drug screens, medication management, charting, and reporting
- Collaborate with medical and clinical teams to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Manage medical supplies, order, and restock as necessary
- Schedule medical appointments and arrange aftercare providers for post-discharge
- Assist with pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid CMT licensure to serve as a Medical Assistant in this state
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Collaborative, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Knowledge of substance use and its bio-psychosocial consequences
