Job Summary

A Hair Stylist provides exceptional haircuts, color services, and styling to women, men, and children under the guidance of our experienced leaders. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding customer service, build strong relationships with clients, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging and greeting clients in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Conduct thorough consultations to determine clients' needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Integrate product recommendations and retail sales into each service to enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, including adherence to salon dress code and appearance standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Valid cosmetology license for the state of Missouri.
  • Proficiency in the latest color, cutting, and styling techniques.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Independent and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
