Job Summary

Tact Staff is seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team for a travel assignment in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Monitor and manage medications, including titration and administration
  • Use advanced equipment to support vital functions, such as ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and communicate patient status
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the United States
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an ICU setting
  • Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and advanced life support techniques
