We are currently seeking a Phone Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will provide quality service to members and potential members via phone calls. You will be responsible for resolving issues, educating members about our products and services, and providing guidance on online and mobile banking navigation.

  • Assist members with telephone requests and respond to their inquiries.
  • Provide personalized support to members, addressing their financial needs and concerns.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and security procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • A high school education or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and internal systems is also essential.

Positions start at $18.00 per hour.

Contact Center Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-3:00pm.
