Job Title: Home Infusion Nurse

At Texas Nursing Services, we are seeking a skilled Home Infusion Nurse to join our team. As a Home Infusion Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication and monitor patient progress
  • Provide education to patients and their families on medication management and self-infusion techniques
  • Conduct administrative duties, including attending medical conferences and courses for ongoing education
  • Assess patient care plans and identify areas for improvement to ensure quality of care
Qualifications:
  • Excellent IV skills with at least 1-2 years of IV infusion experience
  • Hospital ER, OR (Pre/Post Op) experience
  • Knowledgeable in conducting drug calculations and reconstituting medications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse
  • BLS/CPR certification through AHA
  • Familiar with EMR systems
  • Ability to multi-task and provide excellent customer service
