About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Frontline Cashier. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can multitask with ease, and prioritizes member satisfaction above all else.

As a Member Frontline Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for many of our members, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will be responsible for operating front-end equipment, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering any questions they may have
- Operate front-end equipment, including cash registers and self-checkout systems
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling returns and exchanges as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, restocking shelves and tidying up as required

Requirements

- 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
