Position Overview: Clark/Sullivan Construction (C/S) is seeking a dedicated full-time Construction Project Coordinator to enhance our dynamic team.

About Us: C/S is a prominent multi-state commercial general contracting firm, specializing in a diverse range of projects, from intricate renovations to new construction in sectors such as healthcare, education, and civic infrastructure.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and facilitate the Request for Information (RFI) process.
  • Support the Project Manager in processing change orders efficiently.
  • Assist Project Superintendents in maintaining comprehensive document control.
  • Collaborate with Superintendents to update project schedules.
  • Work closely with design and construction teams to implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) in the field.
  • Attend and document minutes for weekly meetings involving Owners, Architects, and Contractors.
  • Prepare project closeout documents upon completion.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to establish monthly Payment Applications.
  • Assist in project bidding processes as needed.
  • Guide administrative assistants in maintaining an organized filing system for specific projects.
  • Oversee and update contract documents throughout the project lifecycle (including as-built drawings).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, engineering, or architecture is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam Software is preferred.
  • Experience with BIM Software is desirable.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling, estimating, and project management software is beneficial.
