Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for providing expert nursing care to patients in post-acute care facilities. Your duties will include:

  • Providing individualized care to patients based on their unique needs and goals
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Monitoring patient outcomes and adjusting care plans as needed
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

  • A current New Jersey state license to practice as a Registered Nurse
  • A diploma from an approved nursing program
  • At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse or in a related role
  • Excellent organizational and supervisory skills
